Mint-Peas Mashed Potatoes




  • 4 sprigs of fresh mint
  • 0,5 kilo of frozen or fresh peas
  • 3 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
  • Salt and pepper
Boil potatoes in salted water with mint. Unfreeze peas. Mix and blend potatoes, peas and mint, also use potato bouillon.
